“Nautilus” is a slender and elegant wine glass series. While it harnesses the distinctive features of Japanese style, such as its just-right size and delicately constructed stem, the bottom of the glass is designed to bulge exquisitely and the rim narrows perfectly. When poured or swirled, the aroma is heightened, and the tulip-shaped glass allows the aroma to bloom, leaving a lasting aftertaste. Resembling a Piccolo glass with its shorter stature, it complements dishes better than longer-stemmed wine glasses and is also suitable for Japanese cuisine. Not only does its design save on storage height, but its lightweight nature also prevents fatigue from prolonged drinking, making it a practical choice for business operations.
Its rounded bowl and short stem provide a relaxed and endearing appearance, perfect for natural wine. Available in 4 sizes, including liqueur glass, sherry glass, and beer glass. The series' name originates from the Nautilus submarine featured in Jules Verne's "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea", a favorite novel of Mr. Kimura.

Procedure for the Compensation of Damages Items
As our products are made of glass which are easily breakable and fragile, please kindly check the products on the day of arrival. We try our best with the packaging to prevent it from breaking but if you receive any items that is damaged during delivery, please kindly contact us immediataly.
Please refer to the steps below and contact us within 7 days upon arrival. We will not be able accept after 7 days upon arrival. We kindly ask for your understanding.
1. Please take photos of the broken item, the outer and inner boxes of the package. Please also keep all it including the packing materials without discarding them.
2. Please send the pictures stated in no.1 and the name, quantity and product code to .
3. Please visit the nearest post office directly with the outer box, inner box, damaged goods, packaging materials and invoice (show the EMS receipt if you don’t have invoice)
4. Please ask for a damage report and ” Transfer of right to indemnity for loss and refund of postage ” at the nearest post office. Take a picture of the two documents and save the image.
5. Send the photos stated in no.4 to SG glass. After receiving the photo, we will be able to quickly proceed with the insurance coverage procedure at Japan Post.
6. We will resend the goods as soon as possible if we have stock for the products. If we do not have stock, we will refund you the payment of the product.

After order received, we would check the updated inventory for you.
If all the items are currently in stock, we will send a Shopify Payments, paypal or Square invoice URL for your payment processing by e-mail. And we will ship the glassware to your address after confirming your payment.
If some items are out of stock, we would inform the production schedule and the next stock detail for your consideration.
